@canneddragons I’m using the same apps. I decided to remove Masto and Bluesky from my m.b feed (which I mostly read in Reeder.) That feed becomes most important. Then, the social apps become ‘bonus’ content. Sometimes, I do subscribe to an individual federated account over RSS if I don’t want to miss it.
